Question: Why are some babies born with disabilities?

Some babies can have genetic mutations that can either be random chance or be passed on from their parents. Sometimes babies have disabilities because they are born early and their organs haven’t matured enough for the outside world yet. Sometimes disabilities can come from things that have happened during the pregnancy, like if a mother smokes or takes drugs.
