Question: is it hard when you see patients who are in pain?

It is hard yes. No one likes to see somebody else in pain, it’s a very human response to want to help. There are lots of things we can do to help our patients in pain. We can try to make them comfortable with how they are sat, we can do activities with them and talk to them to try to reassure or distract them from the pain and we can also give medication to help treat it.
