      Hmmm…..
Science is very personal, so I suspect that you simply haven’t found something in science that actually interests you. Then you will fly. However, I suspect that is no good to you now…
With my lecturer hat on: Study hard – more than you think because you don’t like the topic so it will be difficult. Science is about making connections, so try to link physics to what you see around you; chemistry to biology (all life is just chemicals!) – make patterns in what you see. That might help. Failing that: get that textbook out and simply revise, revise, revise.

The question is: do you really don’t like thinking about science at all? Or do you have some interest but not sure if you want to have a career in it? If it’s the former, I think it’s alright to not do science for GCSEs. If it’s the latter, it may be good to do a science option or two in case you change your mind later (say during A-levels). Although science is great, not everyone has to do science to be successful in life! I have known friends who don’t use science/math in their lives at all, and they are as smart and capable as I am. 🙂

What subjects do you enjoy the most? I’m sure there is a scientific area that involves the subjects you do like. But even though we are scientists and promoting our field that doesn’t mean to say there isn’t lots of our fields out there! It depends on what you enjoy the most 🙂
